- 13 Bulldogs Earn Myles Brand Academic Honors from NSIC13 University of Minnesota Duluth Division II senior student athletes – Grace Daak (Volleyball), Lauren Dixon (Softball), Chloey Evans (Track & Field), Ella Gilbertson (Basketball), Julia Gronholz (Softball), Justin Hull (Football), Jackie Jares (Soccer), Ethan Jauquet (Football), Jack Middleton (Basketball), Lauryn Renier (Track & Field/Cross Country), Ted Rogers (Track & Field), Cianna Selbitschka (Volleyball) – representing eight sports, have earned a Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Myles Brand All-Academic with Distinction Award for 2023-2024.
- 69 Bulldogs Named to 2023 NSIC Fall All-Academic TeamsThe five University of Minnesota Duluth athletic teams that competed during 2023 fall athletic season had a combined total of 69 student athletes earn Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference All-Academic honors, the conference announced Thursday.

- Six Upperclassmen will Captain UMD Football in the 2024 SeasonThe University of Minnesota Duluth football team announced its six captains for the 2024 season Monday, including four graduate students, one senior and one redshirt junior. The new Bulldog captains are graduate student linebacker Drew Hennessey, fifth-year linebacker Andrew Klopp, senior defensive back Jacob Mogenson, graduate tight end Sam Pitz, redshirt junior Kyle Wallsjasper and fifth-year offensive lineman Aiden Williams.
- Bulldog Football Opens up 2024 Spring Practices SaturdayThe University of Minnesota Duluth football team will begin spring practices this Saturday, March 23, in Malosky Stadium on Griggs Field.

- Busy Week on the Track Wraps Up For Both UMD Track and Field Teams From California to St. PaulThe University of Minnesota Duluth men's and women's outdoor track and field teams had a busy last three days of competition between two meets – the Bryan Clay Invitational in Azusa, Calf. Thursday through Saturday, and the Bethel Invitational in St. Paul, Minn. on Saturday.
- Men’s Track & Field Places 2nd at Wartburg Select, Bulldogs Start Outdoor Season With PRs AplentyThe University of Minnesota Duluth men's and women's track and field team embarked on their 2024 outdoor campaign this weekend, competing in the Wartburg Select. The men's team came home with 137 points and 2nd place out of ten teams. In a larger field of thirteen teams, the women placed fifth, with 80.5 total points.

In the opening match, the Bulldogs fell to the University of Sioux Falls 6-1 before dropping a 7-0 decision to Augustana University.
