- UMD Football Debut 2025 Season at TCO Stadium Thursday NightThe anticipated 2025 season is set to begin for the University of Minnesota Duluth football team Thursday night. Winona State University hosts UMD at TCO Stadium which marks the first collegiate game ever played at the venue. The non-conference match is the lone non-conference battle for UMD this season with kick-off set for 7:00 p.m. CST.
- UMD Football 2025 Season PreviewThe University of Minnesota Duluth football program enters its 92nd season picked to finish third overall in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC). The NSIC has reestablished the North and South Divisions and selected UMD as dual favorites, where they were selected alongside division rival Bemidji State University. The Bulldogs look to continue their North Division historical dominance, where UMD has claimed 12 of the last 15 North Division titles, with only three being shared with rival opponents.

- Hostager Doubles, Bulldogs Find More Success on Final Day of NSIC Track and Field ChampionshipsThe 2025 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Track and Field Championships came to a close Saturday at the University of Minnesota Duluth's James S. - Schmitt Becomes UMD's Latest All-AmericanA certain senior second baseman has a new moniker -- All-American Nicole Schmitt.The University of Minnesota Duluth softball's Nicole Schmitt was minted the newest title Wednesday when she was name to the National Fastpitch Coaches Assocation All-American First Team. The Verona, Wis. native is the first Bulldog to be bestowed the citation since the 2018 trio of Hannah Schmoll, Becky Smith and Natalie Wright.

It was also announced that junior right side hitter Madeline Guetzkow (Mayer, Minn.) was named UMD's Player to Watch entering the 2025 season.

- UMD Tennis Closes the Books on the 2025 SeasonThe University of Minnesota Duluth wrapped up the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference season over the weekend with a pair of matches in Sioux Falls, S.D. The Bulldogs were upended 7-0 by the University of Sioux Falls late Saturday night then were bested 7-0 by NSIC regular season champion Augustana University the following morning.
