Back to back preseason tournaments and an early November matchup with the reigning Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) champions highlight the University of Minnesota Duluth's 2025 volleyball schedule, officially released today.

The Bulldogs will begin their 2025 journey with a trip to Illinois for a four game slate at the McKendree Invitational, where they will take on Southwest Oklahoma State, McKendree, Purdue Northwest, and Missouri St. Louis.

UMD will then return home to serve as co-host to the Up North Preseason Tournament, where they will take on a few familiar foes with Michigan Tech, Adelphi University, and Northern Michigan.

The Bulldogs open up their NSIC regular season schedule with a three match homestand, starting off on September 15 with a tilt against the University of Sioux Falls Cougars at Romano Gymnasium. UMD will hit the road on October 11 for a match against next year's newest member of the NSIC, the University of Jamestown Jimmies, in Bismarck. An early November matchup with the reigning NSIC champions, the St Cloud State University Huskies, will transition the Bulldogs into a mid-November start to the 2025 NSIC tournament.

Bulldog volleyball closed out the 2024 season with a 15-11 overall record and 8-10 conference record, ending in tenth on the final NSIC standings.
