The Office of Disability Resources at the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) started a body doubling group called “Momentum Group” to help students with executive functioning. Body doubling is a productivity technique that involves students working on tasks in close proximity to each other in order to help with accountability and motivation. Students at the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) received a masterclass in vocal performance from the world-renowned choral group, VocalEssence. The learning experience, supported by the UMD Robert and Kathleen Carlson Choral Music Fund, was followed by a public performance in Weber Music Hall where UMD students joined the VocalEssence choir for the final two songs.
