Winter break greeting 2025
The best memories are the ones we have made together this year. From move-in to finals week, our hearts (and scrapbooks) are full of all the fun times we have shared, and we cannot wait to make even more memories together next year.
As we reach the close of finals week, I am struck by how quickly the semester has flown by. It has been a semester of growth, discovery, and inspiration for me, and I hope each of you has found similar moments as you made memories and embraced the power of learning together.
To those of you who are graduating this semester, congratulations! We are so proud of you, your determination, and your hard work. Please stay engaged with UMD, and know that you’re always welcome back to campus.
No matter where you are in your journey, as we transition from the fast pace of the semester into this new season, I encourage you to pause – take a moment to reflect on the friendships that have supported you, the curiosity that has fueled you, and the connections that make this community so special.
To send you off with a smile, Champ took some time to connect with our community, and put together this fun video to help wish everyone a joyful winter break.
